I gave her the Screenflow license, admin rights, and 
checked that the printers connected. I also got back 
the 20200874[Edit Inv] loaner

jacob, i will put her computer by your desk. screenflow should already be installed on it; it just needs to be licensed. 
1. delicense screenflow on loaner laptop (20200874[Edit Inv]?)
2. license screenflow on carmen's computer (20210408) (open screenflow, hover over top left corner, screenflow > settings then enter SFNS-2ML3-XAVX-XM36-XLVB ). 
3. make sure admin, wifi, etc. works on her computer
4. normal check-in, 2wks stuff, etc. for loaner

She said the issues she had were freezing, black 
screen, and microphone recording voice very low. 

She said UCS tried fixing the microphone issue and 
couldn't find a way to fix it. 

Also, she said UCS ran updates on her computer and 
the freezing and black screen issues still happpened.

I am currently working on a loaner for you in the hopes we are able to deactivate Screenflow on your computer in order to activate it on the loaner while we fix your computer. Are you available to come to our office next Monday or Wednesday? If not, is there another time that would work best for you?

I responded earlier stating that nothing has changed. (1) Computer continues to freeze (at any point in time), (2) the background goes black (I can still work, but it's a nuisance), etc.

(john doesn't know of the software) need to google to see how licensing works to determine if we can put the software on a loaner. will also check with the user to see if she is still experiencing these issues

Hi, Lauryn,
Thanks for your email. Actually, my computer has three issues. (1) Freezing, (2) goes kind of black that makes a little bit challenging to do the work, and (3) my screenflow tool tells me to update when I still have the license. 

Now, I'm willing to give you the computer I have at the moment, 20210408[Edit Inv], but I will need a replacement that has screenflow because that's the program I use to do my three online classes. Thanks for your help.

went over there. didn't see it freeze in real-
time, not sure what could be causing it. she was 
having licensing issues with screenflow, but we 
deactivated and reactivated the license; 
hopefully, it's working now. left computer 
updating. she'll call back if she's still having 
issues

In the end, I decided to take my WOU computer 
since it has a program called screenflow that I 
need to record my video classes. I thought that 
the loaned computer may not. I will get back to 
you once I'm on campus to troubleshoot why my

Once again, I am reaching out to you to share that 
my computer 20210408[Edit Inv] continues to freeze. I 
updated it as suggested, but it's much worse now. 
It freezes more frequently than last week. 

Question: What can be done about it because we're 
near the end of the term, and I need to type and
