John Rushing	Dec 01, 2022 08:50 AM	Apple made a mistake on this, they sent a new pencil but the SN it was to replace was duplicated with W20190605 SR#80023. I called Apple and they are sending a different pencil and asked us to return this pencil. They said this way we will not get charged for the pencil since the records would show it did not match SN's with the device it was replacing.	Add Attachment
