Checked printer. There was a piece of paper stuck on 
the fuser. Having them try it out for a couple of 
days to see if the paper jamming stops. If not then 
we may need to consider replacing parts.

Hello,

Our printer is still jamming even after you came 
to take a look at it. The person who came 
mentioned maybe  you could try running some 
cleaning pages through it? Can someone please come 
back over?
It's WOU ID# 20180741[Edit Inv] VersaLink B400, "Bookie" 
located to the back left of the store when you 
come in through the door.

We went and fixed it, but she said later they had an 
issue with the printer smearing the other papers

Hi,

We didn't end up seeing anyone today. Would 
someone please stop by tomorrow? It's the bookie 
printer located in the back left of the store as 
you're looking from the entrance.

Hello,

Our Xerox Versalink B400 printer is jamming and we 
can't fix it. We tried everything we could think 
of. Can someone possibly look at it tomorrow? WOU
