Scanned file with Sophos and nothing was detected. I reformatted card using device and file is gone. I suggested that the file might be created by the device automatically.

I think we might need to reformat the card.  If it 
is for their camera in the Van we will probably 
need to format it with the camera and not on our 
computers.  Can you create an SR for it.

On one of our SD Cards, there is a file with a 
weird name. We don't know how it got there but it 
won't delete. When you get a chance could you help 
us get it off the card? Attached is what it looks 
like on our end.
