work.  A student who is having trouble accessing 
Citirix is here until 2:30 today and after 10 
tomorrow, it might be helpful to have her here.

 Hello,

We have 4 computers in the student office in the 
cottage and I am supposed to be administrator on 
all of them so I can download Citrix, which our 
database requires.  I am having trouble with 2 of 
them, one will not let me install it, it says my 
administrator privileges “need to be elevated.”  
The other one has it installed, but it doesn’t 
show up for everyone who logs in.  Is this 
something you can help us with?

 

We also have an issue with a monitor on one of 
these computers that don’t seem to have any 
compatible cables that we need an expert to look 
at.
