Her adapter wasn't the problem, her monitor color format was incorrect. Issue has been resolved

Could you send a tech to check out my monitor 
W20170526 it has a pink screen. I believe the 
Monoprice mini display port thunderbolt to 4k 
passive adapter cable has an issue.
Could you bring a new one to test it...
