Sam Sevugan	Dec 14, 2022 03:47 PM	Qin called to schedule a tech down on Wednesday next week 12/21 to help her figure out why only one (20211196) of the two monitors connected to a laptop via docking station 20210431 is not displaying anything. She says that this happens on and off but she is not in a rush because she can still use her laptop, but she is hoping a tech can see her that day, because it is the only day she will be in next week.
