She was remote desktoping into a different 
computer that wasn't letting her upload things. we 
might have found a work around but she needed to 
contact the people with control over the other 
computer if that doesn't work.

Kaaren says that she gets a java prompt telling 
her she can't upload files when she tries to 
upload to websites or programs. Sometimes it just 
takes away the option for her to choose a file to 
upload. 
She is available today and tomorrow (12/21) all 
day except lunch (12-1) and is available the same 
hours next tuesday and wednesday.
