Laurie McCoy	Dec 20, 2022 12:05 PM	Gladis is dropping her laptop off tomorrow to be looked at. The built in speakers and microphone are not working. I had her reboot her computer and run the windows audio troubleshooter which responded "Speaker and Microphone are not working. The problem was not fixed." She will need a loaner while her computer is being looked over.	Add Attachment
