Oneil and I went to see his issue. It is most likely 
him making changes to his document and trying to 
change the name of it in the file explorer at the 
same time.

He wasn't able to show us the error he got but he 
said he would send us a screenshot when it happens 
again.

Good morning Mike,

Over the last few weeks, maybe four, I have been 
getting errors from Adobe saying that files are 
open elsewhere and cannot be saved. I would be ok 
with that if it were true, but these files are 
downloaded by me and at times I think I am the 
only one that knows they are there. It is also 
telling me that I cannot change the file name of a 
PDF after I have just done so and that I would 
need permission to do it. I did not need 
permission last month, so something is different 
with that. I have been forced to create copies of 
the files to save progress, sometimes I can delete 
the original unsaveable file, and sometimes it 
just comes back after a refresh of the window. The 
biggest culprit is J:\Admissions-
Transcripts\Winter_2023 but has also happened in 
J:\Registrar-EDI\pdfs.
