I need some additional information regarding service request #80139

Description: Equipment Return

Is there a time that works best for a tech to go over and pick up equipment today or later this week? It looks like UCS needs to pick up a laptop with a charger (W20190234), two monitors (W20160921 and W20160922), and a dock from you.

Please let me know your availability as soon as you're able to.
