Hi Melissa,

I need some additional information regarding service request #80148

Description: Computer set up

I'm available this afternoon to help set up this computer in AC 133 after 1 pm. Does 1:30 work for you? Also, is there someone in the Advising Center that could give me the computer to work on in the meantime? If I got it this morning, I could work on reimaging it so that all previous user data is removed and it runs a bit faster.

Let me know if this works for you. And if you would like the new intern to be an admin on the computer, I would just need their WOU email.

Morning Maizie,

Awesome!  The WOU# for the computer is 20141173[Edit Inv] 
(docking station is 20140398).  It is room 133 in 
the Advising Center.  I am available this 
afternoon, but work remotely on Thursdays and 
Fridays.  That being said, I can alter my schedule 
and come into the office on either of those days 
in order to be around for assistance, so whatever 
works best for you all.

Hi There,

We have an intern starting next week in Student 
Success & Advising (located in the Advising 
Center).  We have a spare computer that has been 
in storage and has now been moved into the office 
the intern will be using.  Is it possible to have 
a tech come by to set it up for use?  I want to 
make sure it's connected correctly.  Also, we may 
have a spare docking station, but I am not sure.  
I'll pull that into the office as well to see if 
it's usable.  Please let me know if you  need any 
additional information or have questions.
