Received device back from Dell with a new CPU. It 
appears to be working well so I reimaged it and 
installed the ITC 311 programs and put it back in 
ITC 311. Closing for complete.

I had no clue this was found... we should take care of this or send it back for warranty as again it's the only computer out of all the ones we received from that batch that is affected and it doesn't make sense for it to be software as we have reimaged this PC a few times...

I don't think the issue is sophos. We have dozens of this same model / spec. of computer on campus. Why is this the only one encountering issues? I would attempt to warranty it. Placed in a bottom shelf in our shelves.

Changed sophos to not launch on start up. It still launches on start 
up, but seems to not be using the driver that is causing the blue 
screen error. Our system is still getting live updates from the 
machine. Seems to be fixed. Going to keep it running to make sure 
it doesn’t blue screen anymore.

Not sure why, but we get a blue screen error. 
According to online sources they mention it being a 
Sophos thing. We tried reimaging it already and it 
didn't work.

It got a resource_not_owned error. It was a 
hmpalert.sys file error

We got the motherboard and replaced it, but have to 
reimage it still. It ran into an issue.
