Since security concerns can be overlooked, the 
computer was delivered back to Kevin by student 
Techs.

Michael Ellis replied back to Jenna and said that at 
this point, the security concerns can be overlooked.  
In the future we might revisit them.

Hi Julie,

So this is something that we have run into before. 
If the instructor can send the emails of the 
students that are having problems to 
ucshelpdesk@wou.edu then we should be able to fix 
the problem for them.

Thanks for taking a look at this. The instructor 
mentioned students trying to open Excel and 
getting a pop-up saying there was no licence.
I'll ask the instructor who had the issue. It 
might be that some students didn't know how to 
access the program.

I took it back and it instantly went to 
automatic repair mode, not sure how. I think 
it has to do with the power cable since it 
took longer to start than normal. It's also 
a desktop kiosk so we might have to make a 
custom user on the mash domain like the 
other kiosk that was there
