So this is something that we have run into before. 
If the instructor can send the emails of the 
students that are having problems to 
ucshelpdesk@wou.edu then we should be able to fix 
the problem for them.

Hi Julie,

Description: Does not have excel on student 
computers. 

I went over and checked the computers and excel is 
on them. was it only showing up for some students or 
was it the entire class? Excel is not on the desktop 
of the computers you have to go to the left corner 
of the screen and click on the windows icon to find 
it, or just type in "excel" in the search bar in 
that same corner. let me know if students are still 
not having it show up for them.

tomorrow. Instructor needs excel downloaded on all 
the student computers.
