As long as the Duxbury program is installed this 
request is finished. Connecting to the braille 
machine isn't too complicated if they need help.

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #80209

Description: Verify Duxbury program is active on 
20171068[Edit Inv] 
We were able to get the license for the Duxbury 
program on to the computer. If you need assistance 
connecting the braille machine to the software 
please let us know!

Joanie got the licensing figured out and we went and 
added the license to the computer, more set up is 
required to add the braille machine.

from SR#78814, Justin and I deduced that the 
software was not de-licensed when the hard drive 
was replaced with a NVMe drive. Joanie is working 
on contacting the company to see if they would 
delicense the software on the inaccessible hard 
drive.

I installed it on the T drive, but the software says 
it's not active, but works mostly fine. I have to 
talk to John about it.
