The issue was with the USB-B connection to one of the monitors. It was could have been the port on the docking station or monitor, but I believe it was probably the cable itself. Since it wasn't being used for anything, I just unplugged it and the sound stopped

Hello,

Each time I have my docking station plugged in, it 
will continuously do the connection/disconnect 
sound. I have tried to adjust the wire with the 
limited amount of room I have and unfortunately 
haven't had much success. The noise is making 
phone calls with my headset hard to hear at times. 
I am down in Facilities whenever you can take a 
look at it.
