because the browsers on mac don't save the user code 
in the settings

The WOU number for the copier in question is 
20211082[Edit Inv], and the number for Mari's computer is 
20190693[Edit Inv]. Her office, the location of the 
computer, is in MA 211, and the copier is located 
in MA 219.

Mari has been regularly needing to reconnect our 
division's copier as a printer on her computer 
because it keeps disconnecting itself for some 
reason. This happened at the beginning of Fall 
term, then again at the start of this term. We 
aren't sure if this is a copier issue or a 
computer issue, but we were hoping that someone 
could come take a look and see if they can figure 
out why her computer keeps disconnecting the 
copier as a printer

She said that the best times for you guys to come 
in this week would either be Thursday at 11:30am 
or Thursday at 2:00pm. Please let me know if you 
need any more information!
