Today, I don’t really have availability in which I 
don’t need my computer, maybe between 12:00pm-
1:00pm as I can stay here during the lunch hour. 
Or tomorrow between 11:00am-12:00pm or 4:00pm.

Good morning,

The last couple weeks when logging into Zoom 
meetings I have not had the option to use my 
monitor cameras for video. I’ve had to unplug my 
laptop and take Zoom meetings using the camera not 
attached to my monitors. The only camera available 
is FaceTime HD is available (screenshot below). 

Additionally, quite regularly, one of my monitors 
or both will not function correctly, the fix is 
often that I can unplug the adapter and plug back 
in. 

Another issue is printing. I have been unable to 
print double sided, which as a cost saving 
measure, we like to do whenever possible.
