These specific Dock and Monitor models have a 
hardware conflict and require a USB-C to USB-A 
adapter.

Supplied that and the camera stayed active.

Your dell laptop, and dock are almost ready to be 
delivered. We have Adobe apps, 
Microsoft Office, and Zoom installed.


Some additional questions for your setup and to 
update inventory:
Do you need any additional software?
Can I have the usernames of users you’d like as 
admin?
Can I have the building and room number of where it's 
going?
Lastly, what is your availability for the next few 
business days?
