went over to check it out, mic was working fine and caller could hear me. She gave a little insight that the issue was happening when a caller was relatively far from her, like across the campus far. Probably nothing, just wanted to include that, could be the caller's connection not hers.

Thank you for all your help. Unfortunately, the 
fix was only

We are requesting assistance in the Registrar's 
Office, Room 104 regarding Ara's zoom connection 
with telephone calls.  Calls are having a hard 
time hearing her.  Ara has checked for updates in 
her Zoom app, replaced the headset with a new 
headset, and changed the connection port for the 
headphones, and is still having issues.
