I think I might have some gremlins. Word will not 
allow me to open a new document.  The second 
printer has disappeared.  I sent some printing 
yesterday and did not get any.
I don't know if my printer is disconnected.  How 
would I know that?  I am 30 feet away from it.  We 
have 2 printers.  The last time UCS was here 
(within the last 2 weeks) they had to add the 
phoenix printer and now it's gone again.

When I open Word, I cannot open a new document.
