Hello,

I have new staff starting this month and I believe 
their equipment is ready. They will be working 
remotely and will not need install. Can we 
schedule a time to have the equipment delivered so 
that we may give it to them when they come to pick 
up other equipment on the 13th and 20th? I have 
included Jazming Prado who will receive the 
equipment and store until Alyson and Gina arrive.

Hi Ikaika,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #80262

Description: set up 20211307[Edit Inv] for Gina Dusenbery

Your dell laptop, doc, and two monitors are almost 
ready to be delivered. We have Adobe apps, 
Microsoft Office, and Zoom installed.

I couldn't find Gina in our system so these are the 
things we need from her.


Some additional questions for your setup and to 
update inventory:
Do you need any additional software?
Can I have the usernames of users you’d like as 
admin?
Can I have the building and room number of where it's 
going?
Lastly, what is your availability for the next few 
business days?
