Monica said to give the student worker admin rights and to check he 
has admin rights on the computer too. Also to let us know when his 
student worker is not there anymore to remove the admin rights.

His dock might need a firmware upgrade

He called in today and reported that his docking 
station port might have a problem. He uses a 
laptop to connect to monitors via docking station 
(20210355) but even after unplugging and 
replugging he has no signal on the monitor. 

He is wondering if someone can head over on 
Thursday 02/02 anytime in the afternoon to check 
it out and also give one of his new student 
workers admin rights.
