Xerox guy came again and printer is still now 
working Now has Fault code 024-371

Xerox guy came 2/15 and 2/20 printer still broken 
they are sending more parts before replacing the 
printer

motherboard of the printer was replaced and the 
transfer belt error still occurs

No it has an error saying that the transfer belt 
isn't placed properly.
