Kella is keeping the GFA loaner we gave her to use. Due 
to her using it for so long she requested to continue 
using it instead of getting her previous laptop back.

Both laptops are 2020 laptops, told her that wouldn't be 
a problem. Going to start imaging on 20200173[Edit Inv] due to us 
having it for so long it is past the two week wait 
period.

Keeping the laptop you're using is not a problem. 
I will note that you would like to keep the laptop 
you're currently using instead of swapping it out 
with the laptop you had previously.

Hello Kella,

Just to clarify, you're asking if you can keep the 
one you currently have and instead of us dropping 
off or you picking up the one that was repaired. 
You want us to keep the repaired one and you 
continue to use the laptop you currently have?

Hi Brady,
Is it possible for me to keep the computer I have 
and swap it for the one that needed repaired? I 
have items saved to the desktop and changing 
computers again will be disruptive to my processes 
right now.

I need some additional information regarding service

Description: Issue with keyboard

I have the computer ready to be picked up, the 
keyboard seems to be working fine after the repair. 
If you'd like you can come pick it up, or I would be 
more than happy to deliver it to you. 

Do you happen to know if the computer you're 
currently using is going to be used by someone else, 
or would you not need it anymore?

Kella was also asking where is our lap top that 
was taken to fix - I do not have the number for I 
was not here when it was taken. Kella said it was 
taken around the middle of Aug.

We have two tickets open for you regarding a computer swap and a keyboard replacement. From my understanding, you have been using computer #20200314[Edit Inv] while your computer, #20200173[Edit Inv], the one with the broken keyboard, was being looked at. Computer #20200173[Edit Inv] has had the keyboard replaced, and it is ready to be picked up. For #20200314[Edit Inv], we just need the name of the new Scholarship Assistant Director to assign the laptop to, assuming this person will be using #20200314[Edit Inv]. Please let me know the name of this person and a time when you would be available to pick up your laptop.

took the screws out so they won't further damage the comuter. going to message the user.

have laptop in office. putting by my desk for now. 

looked at the keyboard. some of the keys are not 
working properly (need to hit them harder for them 
to register). tried unplugging and reconnecting 
keyboard to no avail. john is going to request a 
new keyboard (or something like that).

"I was hoping to swap [20200314] out for my computer which has issues with the keys. I have to pound on my keys to get them to work. It would be great to have a computer in meetings that will function adequately. When my computer is working better or replaced, then I would like to assign [20200314] to my new Assistant Director - Scholarships."
