Hi Jose!

I appreciate you reaching out. In terms of your 
questions, the only other software I can think of is 
the one that supports the mouse I use. I have a 
Logitech Gaming mouse I use at my workstation (so 
that I can use the buttons on the side for macros to 
send emails faster) -- UCS installed it last time on 
my current desktop, and I believe the software 
download came from here: 
https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/innovation/g-hub.html

In terms of users who would be administrators, I am 
not sure if my current desktop had any? I am not sure 
I need any additional administrators but if so it 
would be my supervisors Kelly Rush (rushk) and Paige 
Jackson (jacksonp) -- in terms of my building I am in 
the Advising Center which is across from Todd Hall 
and next to the football field. My room is 134. If 
you head over at any time, our front desk staff can 
direct you to us.

I have appointments all day today so am unavailable 
and am unsure of what your timeline looks like, but I 
do have ample time tomorrow for potential setup. I am 
off campus all Thursday but also have time on Friday 
morning as well. Thank you so much for proceeding 
with this!

Description: set up 20211320[Edit Inv] for Kennedy Schade, 
replacing GFA 20170502[Edit Inv]
Your dell laptop, dock, and monitor are almost ready 
to be delivered. We have Adobe Products, Microsoft 
Office, and Zoom installed.


Some additional questions for your setup:

Do you have any additional software you need us to 
install?

Can we have the usernames of the users you’d like as 
administrators?

Can we have the building and room number of where 
this setup will go?


Also, if this is replacing an existing computer make 
sure to add all the files that you want to keep on 
the H: drive because they won't transfer over 
otherwise.


Once that is complete, we can proceed with the setup 
of your new equipment.
