Talked to Jacob and he said that there wasn't any 
actual problems with it. it sounds like they might 
have just had some fan noise at start up.

It looked fine when we checked it. It's a classroom 
so we can't put a loaner unless Justin or Michael 
takes care of it.

The pc in NPE 114 is howling.  Sounds like a jet 
engine on startup, and gets a little quieter after 
5 minutes but is still loud.  Probably should let 
UCS know so they can look at it and check the fans 
and/or harddrive.
