Mary Dycus	Feb 07, 2023 11:27 AM	**This is an email** A week or two ago we had submitted a request to get one of our printers looked at. There didn;t seem to be any visible issues. However, even with precautions (ex: avoiding filling the paper tray too much) the problem is still happening. It seems to get jammed very easily especially when printing double-sided pages.
