Hi Kacie,

Regarding your service request #80323

Description: Ink coming out weird - Behavioral 
Sciences Color Printer

I have ordered a fuser for the printer. The fuser is  
what is causing the print out to be faded and flaky 
looking. It should arrive within the next week or 
two but wanted to update you. Once the part arrives 
I will replace it and let you know once it is back 
up and running properly.

Hello!

We are having issues with our division's color 
printer. We tried to print to it, but the results 
came out flaky and faded. Attached are a few 
images of what the result looks like. I tried 
replacing the black ink cartridge (the old one was 
nearly empty), but it had little to no effect. 
Would someone be able to come take a look at it? 
The WOU ID for the printer is 20170588[Edit Inv]. I am in 
Todd Hall, Room 325, and here are my Todd Hall 
office hours:

Monday: 8am-12pm
Tuesday: 12:30pm-4:30pm
Wednesday: 8am-4:30pm
Thursday: 12:30pm-4:30pm
Friday: 8am-4:30pm
