charger, and signed in to verify that Sophos would 
update. This ticket can be closed.

We were able to successfully update Sophos, Microsoft Office, and 
Mac OS. If you could come by some time during our hours, 8-5 from 
Monday through Friday, we could get you logged into the MacBook 
and make sure all the changes we made show up on your profile.

update. John has to work his magic for Sophos now. I 
didn't hear when she plans to come in because I had 
to take my lunch.

Hey Doris,

So Sophos won't install unless we update the 
computer to a higher version. In order to do this, 
we will need you to come in and delete some stuff 
off the computer to make more room. The 
alternative would be to get a new computer because 
this computer can't be used if it doesn't have 
Sophos installed. Please let me know if you can 
make it this week.

she'll bring it by next thursdayish

i'll be here 8-12. if i'm not here, it just needs a sophos update. 

and she can't find the charger; we should have one we can use for the update. 
just realized it's an imac; we might be able to give her a power cord if john/monica says it's okay. otherwise, she'll have to go through purchaserequest.

This ticket lacks context. Is Jose dropping off a 
laptop that has Sophos fixed or is the person 
dropping off their laptop? Also, it's a reply to an 
email that isn't in it.
