reimage didn't work, have to ask John about it

reimaging failed on the computer. I found one with 
the ventura update, and updating looked like it was 
working and gave an error still. Now we are trying 
the reimage on ventura

user said it powered down and it went into recovery 
mode unexpectedly. Haven't been able to use it since 
last week. Tried restoring it on her own computer 
but didn't work.
