Hello Wendy,

I hope that your issue with Adobe Acrobat and PDFs has been resolved. If you run into that issue again here are some things to try:

1. Restart the computer
2. Make sure that you are logged in to Adobe with your WOU email account (@wou.edu)
3. Test the Adobe Print to PDF feature by opening Acrobat, choose Tools > Create PDF
4. If none of those options work you might have to close a process:

I need some additional information regarding service request #80351

Description: Error code when trying to print to a PDF. 

Are you available this morning so I could come take a look at the issue you're having with Adobe and PDFs? I can stop by your office at 11 am or sooner if that works for you.

In the last week Adobe has been giving me a lot of 
grief. It does not want to play nice with Word. I 
thought we took care of this warning multiple 
times this week, but it keeps coming back up, so I 
guess we have not really taken care of it 
permanently. I got my mail merge through when a 
wonderful UCS staff came and stood by my computer. 
I ran the same process yesterday to get another 
error code about add-on. I am getting this error 
when trying to print to a pdf, I checked to make 
sure I was signed into Adobe and had it open as 
well.
