I brought both of these back to UCS. They are placed on
the imaging table to troubleshoot further.

#20140104[Edit Inv] still has the USB error message

#20140108[Edit Inv] still has issues with ethernet connection.
I tried a different cable and switching the ethernet
wall jack and it only leaves the wyse terminal to be
the problem.

Jenna investigated the situation and this is what
she found:

Please see below for what I found:

#20140104[Edit Inv] seems to have an issue with its USB
ports, plus it is making a clicking/humming sound.
The "USB over current notice" often happens when a
USB port is experiencing an overloaded circuit,
and I tried unplugging all the USBs from the
terminal but this didn't clear the error. It
could be that a USB port or hub in the device is
broken.

#20140108[Edit Inv] is having issues connecting to the
internet. I suspect that there could be an issue
with its Ethernet cable, the network drop on the
wall, or possibly the Ethernet port on the device
itself. They were having a class when I was in
there and all the other Wyse terminals were bgin
used so I couldn't grab one to steal its Ethernet
cable to check if that worked.

I was able to fix the issue with #20140113[Edit Inv], that
one is now working as it should.

Thank you!

Hello,
There are three VDI terminals that need some TLC,
please.

#20140104[Edit Inv] (with monitor #20140155) seems to be
essentially working, but it has a error notice
persistently atop everything else: "USB over
current notice"

#20140113[Edit Inv] and #20140108[Edit Inv] are not connecting to the
desktop service after entering login credentials.
Thanks,
Janeanne
