There aren't any special applications that will need 
to be downloaded, but at this time, no, there is no 
backup for this machine. How long do you anticipate 
it will take before the motherboard is installed?

Hi Amanda,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #80360

Description: Hard Drive not found

We were troubleshooting the computer and found out 
the hard drive was dead. We'll have to download 
windows on a new hard drive and any applications that 
are needed. Do you have a list of applications you 
would want on the PC?

Also, is there a backup computer that can do the 
stamps while this one is being worked on?

Kevin called to report that 20141244[Edit Inv] is receiving 
the error "Hard Drive not found", he has restarted 
a couple of times but the computer does not stop 
producing the black screen with the error. This 
computer is used to print the postages for campus 
so he is hoping someone can head out there asap to 
check it out.
