Hi Amanda,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #80366

Description: The computer does not turn on

We've tried many steps to try and get your laptop to 
turn on and have been unsuccessful. The computer is 
still under warranty and we can send it to apple to be 
serviced. Is it something you would want to do?

The laptop seems to not have power. Every time I 
tried turning it on there wouldn't be any noise from 
the computer that showed it was attempting to boot 
up. It seems to be completely dead.
I tried
1) checking power connection on both ports
2) Tried different power cables and adapters
3) I disconnected all accessories
4) I tried power cycling it
5) I tried Booting power into safe mode
6) Reset PRAM/NVRAM
7) Reset MVC
8) I tried disconneting battery

It must be some kind of hardware issue. I tried 
draining the battery and reset smc but it won't turn on 
even when plugged into power.

The user walked in and stated her computer isn't 
turning on. We tried connecting it to power and 
turning it on for a few minutes but still no luck.
