Lourdes Salazar	Feb 20, 2023 11:43 AM	**This is an email** Hello – Someone was here (my office – ITC206D - WOU id #20150025) to help upgrade my MacOS last week. Since then I keep getting an "AppleID" sign-in notice... I can't seem to access the Apple store to do basic upgrades (like the MS OFFICE suite). See attached screen shot. Hoping someone can help with that? I'm only here briefly today (right about 2pm) and then again Thursday (8:15am –12pm; in class in ITC210 some of that time). Thanks!
