I went in and printed to the printer just fine, must 
have been a user error, maybe out of print credits.

I need some additional information regarding service

Description: 'Program error' when trying to print

Sorry for the late reply but We were wondering if
this issue is still happening or if we can still be
of assistance with this. If so, just let us know a

Hello,

We ran into an issue today on computer WOU # 
20210242[Edit Inv] in ITC 104A. This computer is connected 
to an inkjet printer via USB. Several students 
successfully printed from Photoshop, but then the 
last student who tried print received an error. 
Photoshop reported a "program error" with no other 
information. This has happened in the past. I 
believe it was fixed by uninstalling the print 
driver, restarting the computer, downloading the 
newest driver from the Canon website, and re-
installing the printer. Could you please try to 
fix it again? Thank you.
