Tony and I restarted the mac computers downstairs and 
they seem to be working fine. He did have to put in 
his credentials again for printing.

As for the windows computers, they were referring to 
the vdi computers. The printers in the library are 
not showing up as one of the connected printers. They 
have to manually go through fuji and add the printer 
they need.

Hi there,

We are having some more issues with some of our 
library computers. Our first floor Mac computers 
are having some printing problems. They seem to 
require a login code in order to add printers and 
print to them. Along with other general printing 
issues. We want to check and make sure that they 
are on the current Fuji system, not the old one. 
We are also still having issues with our Windows 
computers having access to the printers-- as we 
have had to manually load up many of them. 

Those Mac computers are 20200222[Edit Inv] and 20200221[Edit Inv]. 

If we could get someone to come by sometime to 
take a look then that would be great. The ticket 
can be opened up under the name Chris Mansayon.
