Hi Andrea,

I need some additional information regarding 
service 
request #80412

Description: New NTT setup w/ Dell; need microsoft 
office and adobe

We have finished setting up the loaner laptop for 
the new instructor. We need to know specifically 
who it is getting assigned to so we can properly 
update the inventory. Are they planning to pick 
the laptop up at our office or do they need it 
delivered, if so when and where?

Dear UCS,

I'm reaching out with an admittedly odd question.  
I have a new NTT teaching one course for the Early 
Childhood Studies program in Spring.  They are in 
need of a laptop to plan their course now (winter) 
and administer it next term (spring).  

I went to the library to check out a laptop and 
was turned away because I am faculty.  I explained 
the situation and they explained that they must 
prioritize students which I can understand.  They 
suggested I reach out to you.

I don't expect us to supply an NTT teaching one 
course with new equipment but I was wondering if 
you would be able to help me out with a long term 
loan for this situation?
