So a way that could get it to run is to run it in 
compatibility mode which is something that windows 
10 has to run older software. Is there a good time 
that one of us could come over to you to help 
trouble solve the problem?

Hey Justin,

OK ... I don't have it on a cd. Hmm ... I can try 
and put it on my computer I have all my other stat 
systems.

Maybe that will help you figure out the best 
route. I know just enough to get myself in

Hi Clayton,

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#80419)

Description: Putting a stat program on old, old 
laptop

So we would have a problem with installing any 
program on 20090726[Edit Inv] because it is a windows 7 
operating system and we aren't able to connect it 
to the internet to download anything. However if 
you have a windows 10 computer that we could put 
it on then that should work as 64 bit operating 
systems can still run most 32 bit software so we 
could try and get it onto that one. Or if the 
software is on a cd then we would probably be able 
to get it on to the 20090726[Edit Inv] computer that you 
want it on. Let me know if there is a good time 
that we could come over and check out the computer 
or if there is a good time that you would be able 
to come by with it, whatever works best for you.

Did you purchase a license for the stat software 
that you want installed on 20090726[Edit Inv]? We just want 
to confirm before we can give it a try.

I've also been told this laptop isn't the most 
reliable (I mean, it is 14 years old), but I'm 
hoping I'll need it only a few times and we can 
gut it through.

Hey all ...

First, I have really appreciated all your help 
this year so far!

I have a baseball/softball stat program that has 
to go on a 32-bit (old, lol) laptop and I'm having 
trouble getting it to download. I already have it 
on one computer and your tech you sent that helped 
with that tried with the second, but we ran out of 
time so I was hoping to try and get it on this 
laptop.

The only reason I need it on two is because we 
have baseball and softball here at the same time 
on a date or two. Any help would be appreciated 
(even if it's tracking down another 32-bit 
computer that is being used for a table leveler or 
a doorstop ... lol).
