Replaced HD with NVMe. Seemed to be having monitor 
connection issues - replaced the 2010 monitor with a 
spare PDR 2016. Everything seemed good after that.

Replace their hard drive with an NVMe from the 
employee box in the closet. No charge.

Head out there and determine what is wrong with the

Hello,

Are you referring to replacing the computer?  If 
you believe the motherboard is the issue then I 
would like to send a tech out there to determine 
what is going wrong.

Hi!

One of my computers in Mail Services is having 
tell-tale signs of possibly going out, so I'd like 
to pre-emptively get in line for a new motherboard 
if possible. Knock on wood we're still safe for 
now (so not a huge hurry). The computer number is 
20171074[Edit Inv] and there is no special software 
installed on it that needs to be replaced with the 
motherboard.
