I stopped by and he was able to print, we also fixed his right click on his mouse.

Thank you so much! I believe he is encountering 
issues signing in with his Apple ID. This was an 
issue that he had a while ago, and even when he 
would try to change his password (and wait for 24 
hours before attempting the password again), it 
still wouldn't let him log in. One of your techs 
came in and helped him with the issue, but I 
believe he is experiencing it again. This makes 
him unable to connect to our division's copier, 
thus not allowing him to print anything to it.

Hello!

One of our Criminal Justice faculty, Scott Tighe, 
is having more issues with his computer. It seems 
like he's having issues signing into his Mac 
computer and connecting to our division's copier, 
so he was hoping someone would be able to come in 
and take a look. The WOU ID number for the 
computer is 20121236[Edit Inv], and he is available next 
Monday from 12:30pm-1:30pm. Is someone able to 
come in?
