Hi Justin,

We were just following up with you regarding a service 
request that we have for you.  (#80448)

Description: Stuck on updating screen

We ran into some issues when trying to update your 
computer. We're past that now and just finishing up the 
last updates on it. 

I'm not here until Monday since UCS will be closed 
Friday. By Monday morning we should be able to swap 
loaner back for your computer.

Took his computer again. I am reimaging it. He said 
he'd like a loaner if not returned by afternoon.

Stuck on updating screen. The screen is just 
showing an apple logo and shows the progress bar, 
WUC 119. Last week user was having issues when he 
would unplug it from the dock and he was having 
issues connecting to WOU-secure wifi.
