I need some additional information regarding service request #80449



Description: **Spring Break** Sophos and JAMF need updated





Your computer is in need of some security and network updates. 
These have to be done by us at UCS. Are there any days and times 
you can come into the UCS office to do this? If that is not an option 
for you, we could also pick this computer up at your office and lend 
you a loaner computer in the meantime.



Please let me know what you would like to do at your earliest 
convenience.

What is the timeline on getting this done? As you 
know, these next couple of weeks are a big crunch 
time for faculty and students alike. Is this

Please update Sophos and also update JAMF.  May need to enroll in JAMF again using the web page.
