As a reminder, I would recommend signing into your account while you are still on campus using ethernet, to have access to your account when you are off campus.

Hello Seyed,

My name is Moshe and I'm another student tech at UCS.

A couple of weeks ago you brought in your Dell desktop computer for us to take a look at so you could use it in your home office. We think we have found the issue so I wanted to make sure you got this information.

As long as you sign in while still on campus (the WOU network) it should save your profile and you should be able to continue using it off campus. Just make sure that before you take it home you sign in while the ethernet cord is plugged in here on campus.

That being said, feel free to let me know when you would like to pick up the computer and we can have it ready for you at the UCS front desk.

Just updated it a little bit, but I would just double check that it is up to date. To make it faster, delete some user profiles in Advanced System settings and just leave techs on there since there were a bunch of people still on the computer when we looked at it

No, this PC used to be in our office before I was hired. Now, I'd like to take it home and use it in my home office.
