Hi Jaclyn,

Have you tried clicking on the "add channel" 
section and seeing if "programs for everyone" is 
in the first list? Clicking on programs for every 
one should add the channel that you need that has 
the gfa requests option

Hi Justin!

I wanted to circle back to this conversation. In 
troubleshooting with a colleague, we realized that 
my portal is missing an entire section, one that 
would have the spot to request a new computer. 

Would you still be able to help me with this?

I might need my portal access updated and/or I'm 
wondering if you could send me a direct link to 
the form I need to fill out to request a new 
computer.

Hi Jaclyn,

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#80469)

Description: **Spring Break** Limited battery life.

You laptop is able to be GFA'ed so you can get a new 
one. you would just have to log into to your Portal 
and click on "computer replacement" then fill out 
the form. once that's done we can get another 
computer set up and ready to go for you.

today) and I can be in my office RWEC 122 from 4-
5. Otherwise, I am working flexible hours over 
spring Break and I could come to you sometime as 
well.

Hi UCS, 

I'm writing to get help with my laptop 
(#20170674). The battery life is extremely 
limited, and it often "reverse-charges" even when 
plugged in. Yesterday it would not start even 
after being plugged in all afternoon. It is 
working now, but the level of function varies from 
day to day.

Now that we are wrapping up a term, I'm wondering 
if I could have you look at it to find a solution. 

Might I be eligible for an upgraded laptop?
