Hi Dona,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #80487

Description: CPU won't boot up 

So we took a look at it and the hard drive has just 
failed on it. Was there anything on the hard drive 
that you would want us to try and pull off of it or 
are you ok with us just wiping the hard drive? Also 
is there special applications that we would need to 
put back on this computer when we reimage it?

 student worker dropped it off and said that Dona 
says it won't boot up. They are not really sure what 
is wrong with it, but if contact is needed, contact 
Dona about the issue.
