Hello!

Sorry for the delayed email! One of our faculty 
members (Dr. Omar Melchor-Ayala) is having issues 
with the finishing feature when trying to print to 
our division's copier. I believe there is already 
a service request made for him. The copier's WOU 
number is 20211082[Edit Inv] and computer's WOU number is 
20190493[Edit Inv]. Omar's email address is ayalao@wou.edu.

Hi Laurie,

Thank you for reaching out. No it has not. As I 
mentioned, this printer has been pretty 
problematic since it was brought to the department 
and most of us are having one issue or another 
(see service requests from Mari Sakiyama and 
Miyuki Arimoto, for example). 

I will be in the office most of the day Wednesday 
and Thursday next week.

Able to print. However user has to go through a 
couple steps. Not able to choose staple option.
