Paul disabled the port and then enabled it. The port 
is what is causing the scanner to go offline

Yes, this is the brother scanner that is not 
connected to the server, so I cannot scan 
documents from my office. I am available pretty 
much any time today.  I have zoom meetings today  
from 9-10 and 11-12, but other than that, I am 
completely open.

Scanner not connecting to server. Available in the 
mornings. 

Are you still experiencing issues with your Brother 
scanner? If so, is there a good time for me to come

The scanner is located in the back of the 
bookstore, I believe it is 204 A.  Usually 
mornings are best.

Hi!

I haven't been able to use the scanner back by my 
office for a few days.  It tells me that it is 
"connecting" but it never connects and wants me to 
check the server settings.  I wondered if I could 
get some help with this.  Pictures are attached 
for your convenience
